I am concerned that I have not be able to rech anyone. I have sent numerous emails since before the winter 2025 semester ended. My son had a balance but no longet has a balance. He tried registering and his advisor stated he has an AR hold but when we look at his account he has zero holds. Based on this circumstance he has not be able to register. I called the president't office today only to hold for 1.5 before the phone hung up. When I call student services it directs you to the virtual lines which gives a message that the page is down. Like this is sooo unprofessional. I live in a different state...how am I suppose to gt this resolved? Menawhile my son is stressed because he can't register. Is there ANYBODY
